Julien Raffalli, Pole Vault Coach
Julien Raffalli, a former vaulter who was ranked Top five in the Junior World rankings, is one of the most successful young coaches in the world. Based at Sportcity, Manchester he coaches the UK second ranked, Katie Byres and Andrew Sutcliffe amongst others. He was the Great Britain and NI Pole Vault coach for the 2012 World Indoor Athletics Championships, in Istanbul, Turkey and Team GB Pole Vault coach at the London Olympics in 2012.
Debbie Cooper, Gymnastics coach

Recently Katie has started doing some additional gymnastics training and turned to her previous coach Debbie, a former Great Britain Gymnast to coach her.
Cherrie Daley, Sports Psychologist

Dr. Cherrie Daley is a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist specialising in performance Psychology for elite athletes. Cherrie works for the English Institute of Sport with athletes from both British Diving and England Women’s rugby, and privately for other athletes including Katie. Designed to help Katie develop and maintain the mental toughness required to compete at an elite level, the work focuses on continual improvement and delivering performances under pressure. Cherrie’s company (The Sports Science & Training Group) have been supporting Katie for the past 18 months and provide a range of services in Manchester and the North West including Sport Psychology and Strength and Conditioning.

Sale Harriers Manchester is one of the foremost athletics clubs in the country, boasting an ever-present record in all League competitions. The club was founded in 1892 and refounded in 1910 and has since developed a reputation well known across the country and the rest of the world.
